Over three decades, Jeff and JMA have continually recreated the methods through which entertainment content is channeled to reach its target audience. Jeff has used his extensive network of relationships as a music consultant and strategic intermediary between consumer brands, advertising agencies, mobile service providers, and the music industry. Additionally, JMA and the McClusky family - including Jeff's wife, Jill, and their daughters, Lauren and Rachel - are deeply committed to Special Olympics and have volunteered in the organization's music CD initiatives, entertainment, and fundraising around the world. Jeff and his family are also active as a board governor for Opportunity International. | 
Rick Stone

Before that, Rick worked for A&M Records from 1976-1997 and held the position of Senior VP of Promotions. Rick stays focused within the business by consistently listening to music and researching all types of media on a daily basis. Even with all of the technology that has come forward and evolved since Rick has stepped into the business, he believes that personal relationships will always be everything. Ryan Sweeney

Upon graduating in 2007 with a degree in Music Business, he spent a year working with high school students producing all ages shows, teaching his students the ins and outs of the music industry. In addition, Ryan has been running his own band management company, Wine From The Moon, for the past 2 years. His well rounded history includes positions at various music venues, production offices, record labels, band management offices, festivals, performing rights organizations, and non-for-profit music organizations. | 
Ryan Carey
Project Manager

Graduating from Xavier University with a degree in Business Management, he has spent time working in event management, music advertising and placement. With considerable personal study in music performance and his experience in advertising, coordination and management, Ryan utilizes his well balanced base in handling projects and new opportunities within Jeff McClusky & Associates. | 
Janice Slater
Controller
jslater@jmapromo.com | Janice Slater is the Controller for JMA. Janice is responsible for all financial operations of the business, including billing, budgeting, planning and office management. This is Janice’s first experience in the music industry. Prior to joining JMA, Janice was the Controller for an Executive Search firm where she was also involved with recruiting executives for many diverse industries.
Janice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA. Additionally, she holds a Masters’ Degree in Kinesiology which stems from her interest in running and fitness.
