Nelarusky is an annual benefit concert for the Special Olympics at Metro in Chicago.The event is organized by Lauren McClusky and a team of young entrepreneurs. It has collectively raised over $90,000 for the organization over a course of five years. 

Not only does Nelarusky showcase new and upcoming Chicago talent, but it has also expanded to bring artists from other cities and states. The event also includes raffle items, silent auctions, merchandise, and giveaways. It has been named an Official Lollapalooza Pre-show, with Cold War Kids headlining Nelarusky's first sold out show in 2011.
